All of these answers are wrong. Employers want to know that you can do discovery. Ask questions about the needs of the person you're selling to. The last time they used a pen, what they're looking for in a pen, what they would need a pen for in the future. If you just fall into the trap of describing the pen's qualities, you will not get hired. Any idiot can describe a pen, only good sales people can uncover the basic pen needs of a person and sell them that specific one.
