I had heard so many good things about Semrush, especially how fast their interview process is supposed to be so when I got my interview email I was happy. So the first interview with HR was not as expected. The HR couldn't speak either with confidence or with proper English so it was extremely awkward. I was more worried about whether she could even understand what I am saying or not. I asked HR about agile methodologies that Semrush implements as the brochure that HR had sent me before the interview mentioned it but to my surprise, HR didn't know what the word "agile" was. Also, I was supposed to get an answer about the next interview or rejection in 2-3 days but sadly I have been ghosted as it seems like that.
