Interview questions were straight forward. Longer hours expected during peak season. Helping people was fun and worked for several seasons. Learned quite a bit. Pretty fun place to work with nice people.

Very friendly and personable. Made sure that the job was a good fit for them and for me. Set reasonable expectations ahead of time. Took about thirty to forty-five minutes.

First interviewed with the HR then interviewed with the QC team. Very straightforward and easy. Everyone was so friendly and they explained well what are the duties and the expectations.

Briefly interviewed over the phone by my then future boss. Because of my difficult schedule, He told me he would get back to me soon if he couldn't find another option. Was later offered the job.

Applied through university. Submitted resume and was contacted shortly after for a phone interview. The phone interview was a conference call with the corporate QA manager and three other facility QA managers. Everyone was very friendly and really just wanted to get to know you. They allowed you to ask questions about each facility to decide which location you preferred. Received an offer a few days later.

I had to stay up all night in line to get an application. You need to ask when applications will be distributed. When I arrived at 12:00 am there was already a line to wait for 7:00 am. A chair and snacks will be helpful. No experience needed. Basically, if you get an application and you are drug free you will be hired. Overall it was and interesting experience and was worth the wait. After you turn I your application you can leave and you will be called back for your paid training.

The interview took place within the actual fruit canning department. It started as a group interview then ended with a one on one.

Pretty straight forward in the beginning. Math and mechanical test. Safety program, and policy review. Very informal interview.
