I started with a thorough screener, showcasing my skills and approach. I then had an inspiring conversation with the VP of Design, delving into design philosophies. Next, I tackled a challenging design assignment. Regrettably, the interview process was unexpectedly halted due to company restructuring, resulting in the removal of the job posting before the assignment review.

During the professional interviews, the interviewer did not ask me any professional questions, he was not interested in hearing about my professional background nor about my experience and abilities. He didn't want to go through my portfolio either. In fact all he did was resent the designers he interviewed before me. The whole conversation was conducted in a rude and condescending atmosphere on the part of the interviewer, and was conducted more like a monologue because he did not let me complete even one continuous sentence. Of course I stopped the process with the company.
