Goodddd and easy. 2 round of interviews with manager and director. They asked more about the resume and Microsoft 365 resources and workloads. Not difficult I would say. After interview they released the offer letter after 2 weeks. The process took time and then after that also they took time in the background verification. I joined as a contractor there
