Apply online, then you go through a series of competency and skills based ( numerical) online tests. Next comes the phone interview stage. Finally if you succeed at this stage, you get called for the SRD which is the final stage in the recruitment process.

Shell recruitment day- SRD. 2 day long interview process.
First- read through 50 pages in 10 mins and propose a strategic plan.
Second part is a project presentation.
Third is a dialogue between peers.

Question 1
Series of interviews- some fictitious highland in Africa with corruptions and local dispute, NGO against shell operating in the area. What would you do?
Project presentation to a panel of 2 shell managers.
A few behavioural questions with lots of probing and some motivational questions about working for Shell. Be sure to select strong examples that you know very well during the behavioural questions, as they usually ask 5-10 probing questions.
