Questions d'entretien chez Sigfox

Un premier entretien est fait avec RH, puis un second est fait avec une directrice de service et un chef de projet, et enfin le contrat est revu en entretien avec les RH

J’ai passé un entretien chez Sigfox. Les managers techniques étaient très à l’écoute et étaient intéressés par les projets que j’ai eu à faire. Ils ont su me mettre à l’aise durant l’entretien.

Un entretien téléphonique avec une RH puis entretien avec un membre de l'équipe à Toulouse ,processus rapide réponse tardive, Lors du premier entretien, questions de base, présentation motivation , question générale sur d'anciens stage .

Interview process was a little on the long side, 2 phone interviews up front, then 2 in office interviews meeting 4 people. Overall pretty good experience, but company does seem to be in some trouble and morale could have been better. The extended an offer, but then revoked it over negotiating for more PTO. If you're interviewing with them, just keep in mind they are on the flighty side and may drop you if you negotiate hard.

I had several interviews by skype with the HQ based in France with the HR department. I also had a face 2 face meeting with my boss who took the final decision.

First step was an interview with the recruiter via Skype, then the hiring manager and finally the N+2 (these last two were face to face). Informal and fast. Nothing particularly tricky. No tech questions about IoT.

Entretiens téléphoniques et sur site, le premier avec ressources humaines, puis managériaux. Il n'y a pas eu d'entretien technique, et le processus était relativement rapide. L'équipe de recrutement est jeune mais pas très expérimentée.

Phone calls and Skype process. Easy going HR manager: she asks relevant questions and she is very professional. The whole process tries to find out the best job opportunity in the company according to your skills and wills. Fast growing company but yet startup mindset. I can only recommend this company. I had to decline the offer because I had an unmissable offer elsewhere.

I went through a recruiter. The whole process took 2 weeks. The 1st interview was with the firm's recruiter and the 2nd was with hiring manager. Very basic interview questions. The hiring manager did open up alot about the company's work as well as culture.

J'ai candidaté et la RH et m'avait appelé pour un entretien téléphonique. On m'a posé des questions RH et présenté la société et parlé de l'esprit Startup. Puis on avait programmé un entretien technique. La RH m'a contacté quelque jours après pour n'annoncer qu'on avait pas retenu ma candidature parce que je n'avais pas bien réussi le test technique ce qui m'a surpris vu j'ai bien répondu à toutes les questions . La personne qui a assuré l'entretien m'avait par la suite expliqué les vraies raisons.
