The whole process took around 1 and half month. It was pretty smooth. After the initial technical screen i asked if i can speak with the Hiring Manager to understand the role and opportunities better. The recruiters were happy to oblige and I was much more confident about progressing to the next step after the HM chat. The actual virtual onsite interview was short and smooth. It consisted of 4 1 hr sessions - 1 coding, 1 sys design and 1 hiring manager interview.
After i got the offer i was able to meet with multiple engineers and executives at the company and also attend some company events. This gave me pretty good idea about the culture and how they work. Overall the experience was really smooth and i was pretty confident about my decision to take the role at the end.

I cant disclose the questions but the coding questions are not leetcode style. They try to recreate real world problems at the company and work with you to solve the problem. No need to prepare. Just focus on best practices and be more organized in your thinking.

Overall the process is good. Interviewees are patient, willing to give guidance and response. The coding problems are written in python, and not difficult. The whole process is online assessment, bq round, oa review round, and final tech round.
3 rounds. HR round, Assessment walk through with software engineer round. Live coding session with software engineer round. Overall experience good in both the rounds. No feedback at the end.
