It was a behavioral and case interview for first time; when I got invited back for final round it was three behaviorals (super short) and three cases. All in all, pretty chill experience.

The interview included a telephone screen with HR, and meeting with the hiring manager, and a technical interview with a senior technical team member. The process was smooth. Although, it took time to get back for the initial HR interview.

It was a 3 step process. We conducted case study interviews with the principal, senior manager, and director, respectively. The whole process took three weeks. The case studies were all about profitability, and in the last interview they asked me about a case where they expected me to use my creativity more. Emphasize that you have good analytical skills. They also asked why management consulting, why simon-kucher, Does the qualitative or quantitative aspect predominate. Case #1: a pizzeria is losing revenue after raising prices, how do you fix that? (You are expected to show some knowledge about pricing towards the end.) Case 2: a cargo and logistics company is experiencing a decline in profitability, how do you solve it? (You are expected to show some knowledge about pricing towards the end.) 3rd case: a beverage company aims to increase its income by promoting one of its product groups. Which product group would you do this to? What information do you need to solve this? I don't know the result of the interview yet, but the interviewers were friendly and said that I could get feedback. They said that if you are not in Istanbul, they can arrange remote work.

Es gab zwei Gespräche mit Consultants. In jedem Gespräch hatte man anfangs den üblichen Personal Fit Teil, darauf folgte jeweils eine Präsentation (Warum SKP? und Vorstellung eines Produkts) und darauf ein Case. Die Cases waren typische Cases von preplounge.

Pretty straightforward and typical interview process, 3 rounds of case studies with folks of ascending seniority. Communication was good throughout, and final decision was made quickly, got a call right away and had earlier interviewers reach out.

The first round consisted of two interviews, one with a senior consultant and one with a manager. Both were online and included a case + some experience questions. The cases were not that difficult, but they were complicated to tackle. The first interviewer was super friendly, but the second one was stiff.

Standard case. Slightly different industry than i thought. fairly responsive after the interview and during the entire interview process. Was a 30 minute phone interview. Was contacted after applying through the website.

The first step was an HR interview, it was really nice and we had a talk about my CV and my past experiences. Overall the interviewer was really relaxed and made me feel comfortable. The second step was a business case, a market sizing with a quantitative and qualitative part. It was not difficult, just pay attention to not get lost in your own reasoning.

The process consisted of a written application (CV + CL), followed by online tests, HR interview, then a final assessment day. The HR interview was motivation and fit, the assessment day was split into 2 interview; 1 being a case study the other fit.
