Not sure why cognitive and behavioral assessment was needed.
Hiring manager interview was with interim manager since they are looking for a new manager for the prospective team.
The last interviewer asked questions (classical ML/DS questions), somewhat hard to understand what she was asking, not much context. Their intent became clear only after they explained the solution they were looking for. They were also late to the interview.
