Every team member was friendly, engaged, and willing to talk about the pros and cons of their work. Timely feedback and set clear expectations on salary and workload. Process looks like: phone screen, hiring manager interview, director interview, and then a final 30-minute presentation. Presentation seems intimidating but they just want to see that you're engaged and passionate about your work.

applied through the website, had a recruiter screen, and then a series of interviews from the team I would be working with. I was required to give an "intro" presentation where I talk about my background and explained in detail a project that I lead and the learnings from it.
