Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Slack

I didn't even get to the interview stage. Had a warm intro to a recruiter. After some initial back and forth emailing, the recruiter went off the radar for 2+ weeks. By this time, I already had one offer and was expecting a second one soon. I let the recruiter know I was still interested in Slack. Another 1+ week goes by before I get a response, asking if I had taken an offer or was still looking. I had already taken an offer at this point. Honestly, if this is how their team deals with WARM introductions, I can't even imagine how they treat candidates who come in through their normal pipeline. Looking at some of the other interview reviews on here, it's very clear that this is a recurring problem, not a one-off one. Even if I hadn't taken an offer, I wouldn't have pursued Slack any further.

I applied online and got an email saying that they respond back to every application within a week even if it's negative. It's been over 5 months and I still haven't gotten any communication from them. @Slack please update your default application response. I don't usually expect a response but you explicitly said that you would.

Phone Screen, On-site with 6 Panels. Engineer led Architecture Screen. Most of the panels had folks shadowing the interviews. Pretty standard engineering manager panels. Didn't get the impression they were using strict rubrics to evaluate candidates.
