Was referred by an employee I had worked closely with at a previous company. The recruiter set up a call and opened with, "So, what do you want to know?" and left it to me to ask questions of him. A fairly odd phone screen. Received a generic pass email a few weeks later.

It is a well laid out process and detailed too. Flexible yet challenging. Multiple rounds and each one if a qualifying round. Hiring manager and Tech leadership most strenuous. Overall great

Technical Interview:
Tell about a system you previously worked on, one you brought from an identified need to ideation, through implementation, rollout and operation.
Give details on any technical tradeoffs, data we used at any/all phases.
How did you roadmap the project w/ your team. If you did it all over again, would you do anything differently?
Can be any project, as long as not too far distant past. Choose based on what is most relevant to the position.

I believe I was discriminated against based on my disability status. If you have any disabilities, please don't disclose it to this company if you want a chance to work there. I'm deeply disappointed, as it is illegal and demoralizing. I would never work for this company!
