It is a long and very detail oriented process. I believe it is a good way to evaluate if you want to work for that company. If you enjoy studying and dedicating long hours to study...then it is a job for you!

    The process was quite difficult and time consuming but very very useful for me.
    Indeed, when a company takes the time before hiring someone, it shows it is very professional and very attractive. It is also the opportunity for the candidate to be sure of his choice.

    First step : call with the hiring manager + call with the HR department
    Second step : sales role interview. The hiring managers question you about your sales approach... the way you close a deal, the way you prospect, the way you work.. He also asks you questions to know if you can fit to the company's values.. the last part consists in
    checking you are familiar with advertising on Facebook and Instagram.. but also smartly.. In this stage you have to prepare your strenghts and weaknesses.. with examples! but also know to which extent Smartly can help marketers to advertise on FB and Instagram.. and why should they spend money instead of using the free FB business manager tool.
    Third step : sales demo. I think this is the most difficult part but very interesting. the company gives you access to the platform during 15 days so that you can prepare your sales demo. I think I spent 15 evenings training myself on this platform to know all the options and sell the product. It has been tough but afterthat, I really understood that I did the good choice in attempting to join the company. The step is facilitated by the fact that you have access to the FAQ section at anytime, video tutorials, and also a chat with the employees.
    Step 4: it was a call with a member of the board for a last check. it was consisting in presenting your main past experiences, your values, strenghts and weaknesses. We need to be very factual for this stage and provide example of success in term of past achievements and so on.

    What is good is that at each time, the HR tells you if you pursue the process or not.
    You do not have to undertake all the steps and wait for the final response.
