This was to be an interview initially with the manager of the department and it was a new position. Instead, I had an interview with their recruiter, and the basis was to ensure it was a role I was interested in. He was going to connect with the hiring manager about next steps, and ever since then it's been code silence. I have attempted to connect with the recruiter a few times as well.
