I was a volunteer at my local branch for a few years. The employees are very kind. I interview for the same position at the same location two different years. It was one interview with the branch manager and hiring manager in the same room. It was a behavioral interview and a test on ordering/ranking different "call numbers". My mistakes for you to learn from: Take a second to think of your answer. Don't rush through your answer. Provide examples in your answers depending on the question. You are allowed to take notes. Not sure if I would encourage it though. Some interview questions: What words would your friends use to describe you? Describe a time when you did a task quickly and accurately. What was a job you liked?
