I submitted an application online and got an email to come in for an interview. The interview was held at a local hotel and in a conference room where other managers were interviewing other candidates as well. The interview went well and as I was leaving the recruiter asked me to interview for another role. That interview also went well. I did not hear from anyone for a week and when I emailed to follow up I was told I should hear something in a few days. A recruiter left me a message too call her back and sent and email stating she had good news. I tried to get back in contact with the recruiter but it seemed we were playing phone tag for 2 days. I assume the good news was that they wanted to make me an offer however we have not been able to be in contact. The company has a fun laid back approach which may be nice at the beginning but I could see getting very frustrating once you are actually employeed there.
