I applied Online for the Associate role. Since there was a Pandemic, they took time approaching me for an interview. The first round was with HR. We spoke in detail about this role and a bit about my experience. The second round was scheduled within a week with the Hiring Manager. The second round was focused on technical aspects of the role and we discussed in detail how I performed my tasks in previous organizations. Questions were focused and I had a very good conversation with the Hiring Manager. The Third round was again scheduled within a week and this time I was being interviewed by the Director. The Interview revolved around the necessity for such a role and potential challenges. The final round was scheduled on a Monday and by Thursday I was offered the role.
