It was a confusing process, I was bounced back and forth between different teams as they seemed interested in my profile but didn't really know what to do with me (I have a mixed entrepreneurial, technical and business background). The process was not managed by HR so the synchronization between interviewers and feedback to me was quite bad. This was a few years back and the teams I was matched with were small and under construction so I think it is not representative of how most hiring goes on in the company today.
