J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Spreetail (Las Vegas, NV) en avr. 2019
Entretien
The interview was fairly long, about an hour and then they take you on a tour of the warehouse. I have numerous warehouse skills, let alone have been in the military lifting far more heavier things than what I seen in that warehouse. I was sent an email two business days after my interview stating "you've obviously got some skills we're looking for. that said we are reviewing many candidates and will be moving forward with other folks whose experience speaks more directly to our needs at this time." HAHAHHAHAHA funny right, how do you start off an email like that expressing I have the skills but you want to continue looking. Things like this is the reason I am a huge advocate for entrepreneurship! Don't let anyone else control your destiny

Applied and received phone interview after the phone interview went to the face to face at the facility. Upon arrival I walked in through the open garage of the facility because I couldn't get through the front door, no one acknowledged me until I said I was there to interview, they went and got the lead, who I ended up interviewing with because the manager was not there. The lead was very unprofessional and didn't really interview me he only talked about what they do there and how every Friday they take lunch and drink beer in the break room.
