    Entretien

    The interview process was pretty straightforward. There was an initial screening by a hiring manager, followed by another follow-up interview with your direct manager. The third and final interview was with the HR team and someone from the executive team. Overall, the questions were not too difficult and it was very casual. Nice people.

    Thank you for your feedback and we are continuing to streamline our interviewing process to both expedite it as much as possible but also ensure we are thorough during the entire process. We are now generally 3 interviews or less and attempt to have all of those in a very short period of time out of respect for the candidate. We are also continuing to work hard to let candidates know when they are not a fit (or qualified) as quickly as possible so they are not left hanging with unknowns or unable to make decisions one way or another.

    Took almost two months. The background check was extensive, and there were three interviews in total. I had two phone interviews and one in-person interview. It was drawn out over many weeks. I thought i didn't have a chance but then they called me weeks later.

    We always are upfront and transparent with our candidates especially with respect to the trainer positions and the sheer potential of on the road time one can expect. While it's generally not always back to back. There are occasions (and sometimes several) where you can be onsite from customer to customer for 6-8 weeks or more depending on the installation. That level of away time from home should never be a shock to someone coming onboard.
