Phone screen was basic weed out. Next was the online assessment which was detailed and had some complexity to it, dont read too much into the questions. Next was the inperson interview followed by a field ride day with a current rep. Next was a interview with the branch GM and then another peer manager. Process was choppy and not very professional the way they communicated their decision.

Entretien
I applied with indeed. About three days later, I got a phone call from the manager. We spoke briefly in order to set up an interview the next day. When I arrived I waited a few moments before she came out and greeted me; we walked back into her office. The questions asked were all pretty standard and after talking for a bit she told me that I “check all her boxes”, which was fantastic news. She actually hired me on the spot after discussing my availability. She and the other employees I interacted with were very friendly and overall it was a very positive process.
