Never interviewed by any agency. I have applied for State Farm positions from Central Florida to Northwest Florida. I even had a recruiter call me about a State Farm agency in Orlando who provided salary information and more.

I called a couple of the agencies to see if I could get some answers about why I see so many ads, but never get an interview. One agency told me the ad was a constant run ad and their agency didn't have any openings. Another agent owner told me he was only planning to open an office in that location. This particular person also told me that I was impatient. The recruiter told me that the agency didn't want to interview me because I've had too many jobs.

I've interviewed with this company. Very straight forward process. Would recommend applying to this job. The steps depends on the recruiter the agency uses. Mainly over the phone interviews, video, and in person last.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
