I got an interview through a mutual friend who was working at State Farm and had an initial interview over the phone. At the end of the phone interview, I was asked to come into interview in person. Standard interview questions based on sales. The company is great!

The furst interview with them was on phone for about 15 minutes then you fill out a sms questionnaire that takes about an hour or so. I'm hoping to get into om the second round of interviews

This interview process was almost comical, first I attempted a virtual interview through Jarvi and had tons of technical difficulties. Then someone reached out to schedule a zoom meeting a couple days later. I joined the zoom meeting to find out this zoom link was for an Allstate interview. Maybe it was Zoom’s fault and not State Farm, but just had to laugh this one off.
