Entretien
I applied 4/8. I also applied for other State Farm positions, in which I received immediate emails stating I was no choosen to move on. On 4/9 I received an email asking to me sign some documents and take a pre employment test. I found some time and a quite spot and took the test. I should mention I had gone through this process once two months ago. The next day 4/10 I received an email stating I had completive results. As well stating if they decided to pursue me they would contact me. I sent a thank you later to the recruiter guiding me through the process she responded a couple days later, stating I would receive a call for a phone interview. On 4/18 I received my phone call to schedule my phone interview. I looked up some State Farm interview questions one day prior to the phone interview. Every questioned asked I had writing down on a piece of paper with a natural response. It lasted about 35 minutes. On 5/2 I received the news they wanted to me with me in person. I went to the interview and I wore a suit I noticed another interviewe wasn't wearing professional attire, I nailed the interview I couldn't have been more confident it did not even feel like an interview. Just be yourself smile and relax. They told me I would hear from them within a week. The following day I received the news I got the job offer. Must I say it's a two month hiring process with the drug test and background check.

Question 1
N/A just be prepared and you will do great. Look at the person asking you the question and look at them first and look at the other people interviewing you too. Salary is 26,000 none negotiable.
Was contacted initially via email inviting me to take a very comprehensive skills test. Afterwards, I was telephoned by a recruiter and was invited to come in for an interview. The interview was about 30 min and they asked really detailed questions. Questions about teamwork, quality vs. quantity, conflict resolution, placating customers and etc. They ask questions about why I chose State Farm, so definitely read the website and facts about the company. Also, there is a segment where we ask questions so its not really avoidable!
