Insulting wage offer for the workload and schedule. This position is expected to do about 80% of the workload and the hourly rate was estimated at $12/hr. Considering the stress of the position, the accuracy and training required, the certification process, and the overall gross profits the individual agent will receive from the work of others this was a tremendous slap in the face.

Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
