It was during a campus career fair. The head of the department gave me the opportunity to interview the next day. The interview was quite ordinary. But they won't be able to sponsor the H-1B visa for international students.

It was a three step process. I had to do an online interview via hirevue where you get random questions and have 2 minutes to answer. If you pass that round, you talk to the recruiter and they tell you next steps and the benefits package. For the real interview, i spoke with 3 hiring managers and it took after an hour.

HireVue video interview
Interview had around 5-6 general HR questions.
You will get practice time for each question. Once practice time is up, HireVue starts recording. It seemed fairly easy at beginning. I would prefer in person interview than this type of interview.
