I submitted my application through the SF careers website and received an email the following day explaining their interest. Within three days I was sent and took the employment testing online. The following day I received an email from a recruiter explaining that they would like to set up an interview. I was contacted the next day over the phone to set up the interview time. The interview was five days later. Overall, the process was very quick and enjoyable. It began with the interviewer explaining details of the position and she then stated that she would like to get to know a bit about me and the interview began. The phone call lasted 25 minutes total and I was offered the position at the conclusion of the interview. The interviewer then went in to more detail about the hours, pay, benefits, etc. Several hours later, I was emailed the details and information about the drug and background check.

Tell me about a time when management gave you feedback and what did you do with that information? Can you explain a bit more about your duties as a volunteer? Describe your work ethic. Why did you leave your previous job? Tell me about a time when you had to handle a difficult customer. This position requires the ability to move back and forth between multiple screens and programs while speaking to customers- Can you tell me about a time when you were in a situation such as this [multitasking] and were you able to handle it?

I've interviewed with this company. Very straight forward process. Would recommend applying to this job. The steps depends on the recruiter the agency uses. Mainly over the phone interviews, video, and in person last.

Entretien
It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
