J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez State Street (Boston, MA) en mai 2011
Entretien
HR called me in for an interview, and it turned out to be three 30 min interviews with managers/directors from three different sectors. They each introduced their departments and products and it was more of a fit interview. They asked some technical questions but mostly just to see what you know, although there were some odd ones like "Would you rather have a sailboat or motorboat and what would you name it?"

First round was a 30 minute phone interview. Basic behavioral questions after brief intro of the interviewer and the candidate. At the end the interview would ask about the candidate's technical skills.
