I applied and was contacted a couple weeks later for an interview. The owner was very friendly and seemed to vare for his employees. He asked me some questions like my hobbies, life story, and prior work experience. I was called back a couple days later with a job offer to start the next day.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
