It's a process where you will have to give written test.it basically consist of ui diagrams and entity relationship diagrams.It gives us to think ,then face to face round and after that you will have a great round

first round written test where they will ask questions related to uml and ui diagrams,
then second round was java questions with options test ,then
third round face to face round like write a piece of code,questions related to java,then
fouth round HR round in which he will ask puzzles and behavioural questions.
