Initial round is Hr interview and then, they test your English speaking skills ans well as grasping the accent though a telephonic conversation. There is also a speed typing test. The final round is for testing your stability.
Its quite good. The interview went well and no dead air. We were interviewed by group and i was very nervous because I thought I may have same answered with others.

The interviewer is very kind, nice and accommodating. Asked me some common questions and give chances for newbies. She is very accommodating. I really appreciate their kindness towards me. Highly recommend .

An initial round where you have to type around 3000 words, Voice call and a GD round.. HR were so friendly and supportive .loved the interview process ...if you like call center jobs .
