Had a phone and in person panel interview with pre-work to show ability. Was very impressed with the process and felt it was one of the best ways I have seen to understand a candidates talents and fit for a position.

Pretty standard for the industry. Describe previous work history, past projects that were successful and failed, meet with a few leaders and colleagues, why do you want to work for company, etc.
