The initial recruiter call went fine, he asked me a series of questions that just got to know my familiarity with React. When I moved on to the technical interview, I was told to essentially create a data table component, and to process some data from JSON files. This took about 4-5 hours. There was a mistake in the documentation, and when I asked for clarification, I didn't get a response for 7 days. When they responded, I asked if I could still get that clarification. I also let them know I had already submitted the assesment since there was a 1 week time limit. I got a rejection email the next morning? No clarification. The data table looks like this: https://data-table-demo.prosavage.net/

Absolutely terrible and embarrassing. I got a call from these people about a week ago. We scheduled for a certain time. The guy calling me rescheduled about 3 times in the same day. That in itself wasn’t a huge deal to me. He was very responsive for the most part and communicated pretty well. Any questions I had for the most part he responded. He gave me a take home to make a table based on some json data they provided me and documentation to go along with it. The assignment wasn’t hard at all, but the documentation they gave me had an error in it. When I sent in an email to explain the error in the documentation, I got a response that basically showed he didnt read what I wrote at all, or didn’t understand, so I just left it alone. Once I submitted my project and asked when I should expect to hear back from them, his responsiveness immediately stopped. No response, no call, no text, no follow up. The fact that he was so responsive before and it immediately stopped after I indicated that I submitted my project leads me to believe this is just their process and they do it on purpose, which is ridiculous and very unprofessional. My experience from the rescheduling to the immediate cutoff seems to be a common occurrence in these reviews, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone even schedule an initial interview with them. It seems like they’re just collecting projects at this point, and it’s very strange….

This company is awful and a waste of time. The first interview the guy told me that the take home is the only coding part. For the take home I did all of that MySQL work and visualized the data using React and D3.js and then met with their data engineer which was good and then at the final interview they lied and gave me another coding test and guess what, it was a random leetcode test. These guys are unprofessional and they lie throughout the interview process I can't imagine what it will be like working for them, so this is the silver lining but if you do get hired don't be surprised if they try to low ball your salary. Also their product is sketchy as well.
