One phone interview with HR for about 20 minutes. One phone interview with the hiring manager. And then onsite interview with 5 people including VP of product and people from other departments that the candidates will be working with. Talked with each for about 30 minutes. Everyone is friendly and genuinely wants to find out whether or not each other is a good fit.
