There will be 2 rounds of interviews which is face to face As I got selected for the interview they are not willing to tell me the further process, their intentions are not hire a candidate they just play with the candidate time after one week I got a message after multiple follow-ups that if I am willing for 20% hike then they can proceed, their intentions are let the candidate itself drop of from this. Very poor management, lot of politics I highly not recommend freshers or experience employees, as it is very start-up company they should have some manners to treat candidates in a right way
