I’d like to share some constructive feedback about my recent interview experience. My professional background and client portfolio were clearly outlined in my CV, so my suitability for the role could have been assessed before scheduling the interview. Instead, I was invited to interview and later informed I wasn’t the right fit — something that could have been communicated earlier.
Professionals often take time out of demanding schedules to attend interviews, and a more thorough pre-screening process would help ensure a more respectful and efficient experience for candidates. I hope the company considers refining its approach to better value applicants’ time in the future.
