pretty easy just need to have some experience. very good job. nice people. nice place.l to work. i would recommend having sales experience. Nice manager. pay does get good once you have commission and make sales. managers are on top of meeting goals.

Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
