T-Mobile has outsourced their HR function and as a result the initial phone interview is conducted by someone who doesn't know the industry, the technology or the company. A VERY negative first impression of T-Mobile. I declined any further interviews based on that initial impression (if they don't care enough about possible future employee's then they likely don't care that much about employee's in general). T-Mobile should remember that first impressions cut both ways.
