Applied online. Four days later I was emailed a time sensitive personality quiz. Almost within an hour of completing the quiz I was asked to do a phone interview three days later. The quiz involves personality questions as well as situational. It took approximately thirty minutes to complete. The phone interview was quick. I was asked about job history, situations in my past work experience and if I was mobile. Three days later I received an email that no one like to get that said “you have not been selected for the role!” Overall, the process took about ten days to complete. TD’s process is quick compared to other companies. I will keep trucking on and will apply until I get what I have set out to achieve; to become a financial advisor!

There we're total 2 rounds, both with HR. The first one was 30 mins, simple behavior questions. Second one lasted an hour, more behavior questions. Prepared 7-8 examples related to skills and product knowledge. Used 5.
