Interview processes started out great, they contacted me right after I had submitted my resume. We set up a phone interview and at the end of it they told me I would be moving forward. From there we planned a 1:1 in-person interview. The interviewer told me how to dress and that the interview would last about an hour. The 1:1 interview was less formal than the phone interview, the focus was more about getting to know me as a person and to answer any questions I had.

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.

Entretien
Unprofessional. Went through the whole process and was brought into the office for a shadow day and then never heard from them again. Also, the recruiter will call you constantly at random times throughout the process, kind of micromanaging if you ask me.
