There were 4 stages, applying online, then phone interview, then 1 on 1 then group interview. It was not easy but they appreciated it if you tried your best and showed some spirit. There was some lack of clarity on timings. Two interviewers were an hour late. The office seemed really busy but had a good energy to it.

Sydney HR lady seems to be responsible for the whole country, she did an inital phone interview and obviously didn't know much about the job in the office I was applying in - didn't even get the location of their offices correct as they had moved a few months earlier. Never heard back about the interview, usually once you reach a panel interview stage they have some interest in you and so provide the courtesy of letting you know when they have chosen someone else. The interview was fairly standard for an entry level professional job e.g. "what's your biggest flaw?" and questions of that flavour. Main interviewer on the panel seemed a bit conceited, I would have been served better by being more enthusiastic but also deferential.
