Contacted with notice to attend. Structured, professional and in depth. Interviewers were very good and knowledgable about the organisation and what is required day to day, focus and skill areas that would be most needed and used etc.

Entretien
There are three parts to the interview, the first one is based on a series of questions focused on real life situations that you may encounter in the role, the second one is an english test that is done online with a camera on, the third one is a case that they assign to you and within 24hrs you have to present an action plan with a presentation.

How would you handle a situation in which a client asks you for a task but they are not happy with it. Describe the situation and how you overcame it
