Entretien
It's a two tier process with the first interview being with upper management, usually the regional director. From there you are interviewed by the locations general manager for whom you'll be working with and given a tour of the restaurant and at times a working interview to see how you interact with the staff. Very laid back and no pressure at all.

Entretien
Three step process, one phone interview and two in-person interviews. Each was about and hour, very professional and engaging. The Saxton Group provided timely status updates during the entire interview process.
First contacted me through email to set up phone interview with Recruiting Manager. A few days later had interview with a store manager. Followed by interview with Regional Director. Was offered a job a day or so later.
