The initial interview with recruiter was very positive and professional. Second interview was with a person in a similar role at Tanium. The interview also went well and was professional. Third interview involved mock customer scenario with Executive Business Review and panel interview. Materials and test site were provided in advance. Scenario was extremely clunky and test site and scenarios did not match current modules Tanium offers making it unnecessarily complicated. Prepared for approx. 30-40 hours and had received positive feedback during session, however was notified two days later by phone that they were proceeding with other candidates. The individual who called thanked me for the time I had prepped, however did not provide any feedback which would be helpful for the future especially considering the amount of time invested. I sent a follow up communication (very professional) to Hiring Manager to thank him for his time and wished he and the company well. Tanium did not have courtesy or professionalism to respond. The industry is small and this does not reflect positively on Tanium. I do wish Tanium well. They have a great product and I enjoyed getting to research the technology offer and the company as a whole.
