it was a behavioral interview. You knew with in the next week if you were chosen or not to go to the next round. Interviews were on campus usually the day after career fair.

if you were in a certain position, how would you handle it in a certain way?
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.

There was a total of three rounds. First was phone screening with recruiter, second was with a manager and third was with a panel of mangers at the distribution center.

Entretien
The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
