Went to career fair and got an interview scheduled on the spot. Interviewed on campus the day after was a pretty decently easy interview that I should have prepared for more. Check out r/Target for good interview tip for their interviews!

How do you work out a disagreement with a coworker?
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.

There was a total of three rounds. First was phone screening with recruiter, second was with a manager and third was with a panel of mangers at the distribution center.

Entretien
The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
