I was asked to come in to meet with the store manager and then met with the Starbucks manager on a later date. They hired me and I completed onboarding for a day before starting behind bar.

It was more what if questions really easy to get the job. You had about 4 questions to answer and just make sure your time is open, Say good things like your hard working and ready to work something very easy

What would you tell a guest if they couldn't find the shoes they wanted
Applied online and was called in for an in person interview with the team lead of the target location that was applied for. Afterwards I did a screening online in which had about 20 questions for me to fill out
I submitted an application and they interviewed me over a video call. The interview was fairly easy and relaxed. Seemed like they just wanted to get a feel for my personality
