I was called for an interview for the holiday season. I came in for the interview along with a few other people at the same time. I talked to one guy, who was pretty cool, and just asked me a few questions about my background and job history. Nothing crazy. Afterwards I talked to the HR manager and one other manager. They just talked with me, asked me questions, made sure I wasn't a weirdo.

Video recorded responses to questions with multiple attempts to review and redo before submitting. This is followed by a email to schedule a short phone interview to confirm availability. Be sure of your availability before agreeing to it because it will be locked in for months.

Working at Target worked out as they would be flexible to accommodate my growing family needs. If there was anything I needed to discuss, I felt free to do so with my manager at that time.
