Entretien
1:1 with the manager followed by a 1:1 code pairing exercise. First the person doing the pairing had no idea what role I was even applying for and then saw him scrambling to figure out what the role was even for. This was for React Native and the only option was to try and solve vanilla javascript riddles (like.. who does this anymore anyway, it's been proven to be ineffective). I would highly suggest changing that practice to avoid missing out on talent. I told the person I would like to discontinue our interview shortly in since I could tell this was not an organized company.
